Income Tax Department Recruitment 2012 Details

The Income Tax Department of India has invited applications from efficient sportspersons for the posts of Inspectors, Tax Assistants and Stenographers in the department. The recruitments are being done for the office of the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi region. The total number of vacancies that have been advertised for the available posts is 37. These vacancies will be distributed into the various categories/disciplines of the job as mentioned by the Income Tax Department of India. The division of the total number of vacancies is as follows:

Please note that the nature of above said positions are temporary, but they can make it permanent according to the performance given by candidates during the contract period or their requirements. The Probation for a period of two years.

What is Eligibility Conditions..?

Selection and Application process

---

As on 25th October 2012 applicant age for above said position set by Income Tax Department is 18 to 27 years. If applicant belongs to reserved category, need to read full advertisement (link given below of the post) for upper age relaxation benefits.

These vacancies only for those sportspersons, they should have taken part in games on national level.
 
There are three stages to complete for above said post. First stage is Ground/Proficiency Test, second is Written Test and third last but not least is Personal Interview. Applicant have to qualify in all stages to get selected.

Applicant should be submit offline mode. First applicant need to download prescribed application format available at www.incometaxindia.gov.in website. After download, take printout in white A4 size paper and fill all the mandatory information correctly and enclosed all relevant documents and send to the following address.
